Notice is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Fellows of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) will be conducted as an online meeting.

Details of the EGM

What: Íæż½ã½ãEGM
When: Monday 16 December 2024, 5.00pm (AEDT)
Where: Online only (individualised URL for the webcast will be provided once you register)


How to Register and Attend Online

The EGM will be hosted online with meeting provider Vero Voting, a secure meeting and voting platform.

On Monday 25 November 2024, all members will be sent a Notice of the EGM via email which includes a link to register with Vero Voting.

If you are intending to attend the EGM, you must register your attendance with Vero Voting before Saturday, 14 December 2024, 5.00pm AEDT. Only those who are registered will be sent an individualised URL for the webcast.

If you did not receive an email from Íæż½ã½ãsent using our Vero Voting provider, please contact us at ceo@ranzcog.edu.au so we can resend you the email with the Notice of the EGM and the link to register.

Once you register with Vero Voting, you will be able to:

Securely view the Notice of EGM and all relevant documentation on the platform.

Submit questions in advance (all questions must be submitted by Saturday, 14 December 2024, 5.00pm AEDT).

Watch the live EGM webcast on the day of the EGM.

How to Vote

All Fellows eligible to vote can participate in the live voting.

Are you a Fellow eligible to vote but cannot attend the EGM?

Nominate a proxy online (proxies must be submitted by Saturday, 14 December 2024, 5.00pm AEDT).

Your proxy must be another Fellow (who will be attending the EGM).

Alternate Access

If you are a Fellow who does not wish to use the Vero Voting platform or you cannot attend the live EGM and vote, there is an alternate way to access the documents and nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf (only a Fellow who will be attending the EGM may be appointed as your proxy).

Log into your Integrate profile to view the Notice of EGM and relevant papers and download a proxy voting form; you will find the documents under the “Quick Links†or the “Resources tabâ€.

If you are using the PDF proxy voting form, please email your completed form to the College Secretary at ceo@ranzcog.edu.au by Saturday, 14 December 2024, 5.00pm AEDT.
